Program Overview

The Outpatient Program (OP) at Uplift Sobriety provides ongoing therapeutic support for individuals who have completed higher levels of care or those seeking a lower-intensity treatment option. This program is designed to support sustained recovery through continued clinical engagement, community connection, and personal growth.

Meeting 1-3 times per week, our OP focuses on maintaining the progress made in earlier treatment stages while building the skills and support systems necessary for long-term sobriety. Participants continue individual counseling, engage in group therapy, and access community resources to strengthen their recovery foundation.
