Program Overview
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Uplift Sobriety bridges the gap between our PHP and standard outpatient care, providing robust clinical support with the flexibility to maintain your daily responsibilities. This program is ideal for those stepping down from PHP, completing residential treatment, or those who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy.
Meeting 3-5 days per week for 3 hours per session, our IOP combines evidence-based therapies with practical life skills development to support sustainable recovery. Participants benefit from a strong therapeutic community while building the independence and coping strategies necessary for long-term sobriety.
